Let your readers know you. Include your photo in your e-mail promotions so they see that you’re not just a faceless business. Perhaps include a short bio in a sidebar or at the bottom. Perhaps relay a brief personal story or talk about what you think or how you feel about a subject related to your product or service.
Open up the lines of communication by inviting your readers to e-mail you. You might consider asking them for their major concerns.
