There was once a rich young man, in many ways, he was first in line. He was privileged and comfortable. He was also devout and meticulous about his spirituality and religious devotion. But he saw something in Jesus that made him feel empty and longing for more. He sought Jesus, but soon experienced what it might be like for a camel to squeeze through a needle's eye - How difficult! But not impossible! He just had to step to the back of the line, in a sense. He had to rely on God rather than himself. He had to ask himself what he would be willing to give up in order to follow Jesus and be part of the kingdom movement. He had some hard choices to make and he went away sad.
