Four Steps to Thought Change

You may not be able to change all your thinking at once, but you could start with something.

1. Evaluate - Is there something in my thinking that is getting the results I do not want?

2. Excavate - What is the source of that thinking? Is it possible that I am moving on a belief about myself, others, or reality that has no validity?

3. Eradicate - Abandon that belief, if only for a moment. Seek God's help and a new perspective.

4. Emancipate - Free yourself to move into a new reality where you can pursue your new dreams with new behaviors and new attitudes. See what happens ...  and then ... and then!
